There are so many ways to categorize people in order to understand the patterns of human nature. Looking at nature itself, the main cycle at work is life and death.
Transposed onto people this could be construed as creators (trees seeding new life) and thinkers (decomposers breaking down what exists to transform it). People who breathe new creative life into everything around them and people that inherently break everything down to understand them and discover the flaws.
The relationship between the two can be quite fruitful as they feed each other. However, both of these societal roles are often met with antipathy since they both inspire change and forward momentum.
